At the heart of our mission at Goronson Farm is a deep commitment to agricultural heritage and the preservation of rare varieties of cultural and historical significance. We are honored to be the only farm in the United States currently cultivating certified-organic, Kosher etrogs. This work is more than just farming; it is an act of stewardship for a fruit that carries profound historical and cultural significance.

Our preservation efforts focus on maintaining the genetic integrity of these heritage citrons using sustainable, chemical-free methods. By integrating these practices into our high-tunnel systems, we are ensuring that this essential tradition remains vibrant and accessible for future generations.
